Hells Byakugan:

Requirements:8 Tailed chakra(must be sealed in the byakugan)
Description:This is the kinjutsu that is almost impossible to obtain.The user will have to kill the jinchuriki of the 8 tails and steal the snakes chakra.In this eye can see all lightning speeds.Can copy jutsu at normal handsign rate and can give the user an speed boost.(replaces mangekyou Byakugan)The eyes have one drawback.when feeling emotion their eyes start to bleed until they get a kiss from the one closest to them.
