okay lightning cool

lets start with the basics

first store a lot of chakra to your hands

*starts trying to get lightning to store in hands. but hand starts to glow* uh is that supposed to happen.

hm.... its good

i want you to focus more chakra to your hand and keep the chakra to collide into each other to form sparks and then lightning

uhh if your sure *tries to make sparks but ends up with a lightning bolt* umm opps heh didn't mean too i knid've put too much chakra.

now with that sorted all you need to do is pretty much learn some lightning jutsu
